I'm Here to Help allows you to create and manage reminders and view upcoming items in your schedule.
Family Connect allows trusted family members or other trusted people to stay connected through the app.
Location sharing is permission-based. A user must allow location access and enable sharing before another connected person can see their last reported location. Location sharing can be turned off by the user.
Premium access is offered as an auto-renewable annual subscription. New eligible subscribers receive a 7-day free trial followed by $39.99 per year unless canceled.
Subscription management, cancellation, billing, and refunds are handled through Apple and the user's Apple Account.
If you previously subscribed, use the Restore Purchases option inside the app while signed in with the Apple Account originally used for the purchase.
I'm Here to Help is designed to use personal and location information only for features the user chooses to use. Location sharing requires user permission.
